This is going to be a slightly wompy post, but it’s my blog, and I’ll post what I want.
So my first run with my new shoes (Brooks Adrenaline 12’s, for those of you who may be curious) did not go well. At all. It had nothing to do with the shoes. In fact, I quite like them. The real problem was my on and off gallbladder issues.
